Our mission

PepperByte was founded in 2001 by Daniel Nikolic as DNC IT. His vision has always been to convert challenges in the IT environment into solutions that help the customers. This philosophy is the cornerstone of our organisation: We convert issues into IT answers.

Through workable, transparent and manageable IT solutions, our IT specialists ensure that your business and staff are supported by IT – even in today's complex and rapidly changing world.

This philosophy translates into:

  • Trained specialists that are experienced in their field of expertise.
  • Workable solutions that the specialists can implement.
  • Transparent, clear and well thought-through solutions for PepperByte and the customer.
  • By maintaining clear reporting at all times, we provide solutions that are manageable, even after the project is completed.
  • By listening closely to the customer’s requests, we offer real solutions.
  • We provide outcomes that are profitable for our customers, specialists and PepperByte.

Strategy

  • PepperByte specialises in its core areas and excels at them.
  • PepperByte invests in its staff through both training and benefits.
  • PepperByte invests in customer loyalty through excellent delivery of projects, services, knowledge transfer and knowledge maintenance.

PepperByte is a specialist IT company. Within our core areas of expertise we have experienced and well-trained specialists who do their utmost to deliver projects on time and that are profitable for the customer. We believe that business needs lead technology, not vice versa.

Independence

In order to be free to design optimal solutions for our customers, we do not resell for any of the solution providers. We can therefore choose which solution is best given the specific requirements of the costumer. This does not mean we are not strategic consultancy partners with leaders in our market, but your budget, your needs and your requirements prevail.

We pride ourselves in providing long-term IT solutions that not only cater to the needs of today, but also to the needs of tomorrow. Together with our customers we analyse what changes can be expected in the years to come and design our IT solution accordingly.

An example of challenges faced by organisations today is how to manage licenses such as those for Microsoft Office. If, for example, you are thinking of upgrading from Office 2003 to Office 2010, you will find that this requires a substantial investment. Perhaps the use of a hosted Office environment offers a price-attractive alternative, whether it's from Microsoft, Google or IBM Lotus.
